In front of the county's Holy Academy, a crowd of Ning'an County's residents had gathered. Among them were friends and family of the Child Scholars participating in this year's Accomplished Scholar exam, as well as local scholars. Only a small portion were unrelated onlookers.

The scholars of the county were particularly eager, ranging from elderly scholars in their seventies and eighties to young children of seven or eight. For them, the annual civil examination results were more meaningful than the New Year.

The elderly scholars were enthusiastically discussing various interesting events from past years, while the younger ones listened with great interest.

After the appearance of the three pages of the golden list, a brief silence fell outside the Holy Academy.
