At first, the Great Scholar of the semi-saint family of farmers carefully read through the documents, found some useful insights, recorded them, and submitted them to the Eastern Saint Pavilion. They acknowledged that Fang Yun's ideas were reasonable and could improve the evaluation of the agricultural section, providing reference for the three semi-saint examiners.

However, as Fang Yun's innovative ideas increased, two of the three Great Scholars from the Hall of Agriculture became somewhat impatient and stopped reviewing the documents recording Fang Yun's words and actions, leaving everything to Great Scholar Xu Shi.

Xu Shi felt helpless because Fang Yun's proposals were too bizarre. The paradox was that there was some basis for them, but they couldn't be immediately verified. Only a semi-saint could expend saint power to quickly derive results. The problem was that semi-saints were so busy, constantly consuming saint power to get things done, that they couldn't possibly verify everything Fang Yun suggested.

Therefore, the value of Fang Yun's ideas couldn't be determined, and by conventional wisdom, pondering Fang Yun's words was mostly considered a waste of time.
