"I choose the second," Officer Huang and Qing Ling said almost in unison.

Gao Yang was somewhat surprised: "You have so little trust in the organization?"

"We can't fully trust it yet," Officer Huang stated bluntly. "On the other hand, the first plan is quite unrealistic. We can't just hide out at the Millennium Building's base indefinitely. Besides, why would the Zodiac mobilize everyone to protect us? It's more likely they'd sacrifice us for the greater good."
