Once rebuilt after the devastation caused by the Burning Legion, the once prosperous and thriving elven city now lay in ruins again, plagued by the presence of the Well of Eternity.

The true culprits, the Old Gods, continued their rampage on the outskirts of the elven city, inching ever closer to the heart of the Well of Eternity. Despite the combined efforts of numerous demigods and guardians, they could not halt the Old Gods' advance.

Cenarius, the King of the Forest, who had just informed the guardian dragons of the situation, stood vigilant and tense.
