After a three-hour journey, Jiang Siming finally saw the small town where he grew up. This town, called Nantian Town, is said to have the legendary Nantian Gate hovering above it.

The town boasts beautiful scenery, surrounded by green mountains and clear waters, with wisps of smoke rising. It's far better than the heavily commercialized tourist spots like Dali and Lijiang.

Perhaps it's the good mountains and waters that made Jiang Siming grow into such a handsome man.

As the car drove into the town, despite its remoteness and poverty, the general standard of living was decent, with most families owning small Western-style houses.
